Dear Friends,
It is with great pleasure that I welcome you to the Cheer 4 U Athletics website!
Following the realization that there were not enough opportunities for young boys and girls to participate in the wonderful sport of cheerleading in the Los Angeles area, I became determined to change that. I wanted to combine my love for this sport with my passion for working with children and thus embarked on an adventure which would turn out to not only change my life, but impact the lives of hundreds of children.
As a full time School Psychologist, I knew very little about running a small business. However, having worked as a Child Care Counselor, Coach and Camp Program Director for over 8 years, I knew what was required to make a program successful. I relied on that knowledge to guide me in the process. Cheer 4 U Athletics began providing services to children in the Beverly Hills area in the Summer of 2006. In the Fall of 2007, the program expanded to direct the competitive cheerleading program at the Los Angeles School of Gymnastics.
Since then, Cheer 4 U Athletics has provided: Summer Camps, Private Group Training, Choreography for Middle and High School teams, and Competitive (Recreational and All Star) Cheerleading and Dance programs throughout the Los Angeles Area.
In the Fall of 2017 an opportunity to partner with program alumni, Megan Sahnazoglu, presented itself. I have always been a believer that when things are meant to be they just happen. 10 years after the start of it all, the doors to The Studio 4 U opened. Same vision but a place we can called home. Despite it's success closures as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic resulted in us closing our doors in 2021. However, as one door closes another one always opens. Our LAX teams moved to Broadway Gymnastics School and the BH teams resumed at Roxbury Park. The 2021-2022 season was humbling and simply amazing. This past season, our teams brought home several titles including JAMZ Nationals Champions, WCC Champions and ONE Finals Champions.
Over the past decade, I have had the privilege to see athletes grow up with many of them cheering at the collegiate level.
I look forward to the 2024-2025 season and I anticipate that this will be another great year!
